We take Care of Your
Mental Health
Prioritizing Mental Health is Foundational to Human Flourishing.
About Me
With over 23 years of clinical experience across NHS settings, private practice, and international environments, I bring a depth of understanding about how people adapt under pressure. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, international qualifications, and a genuine commitment to understanding each person’s unique journey.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters, and develop sustainable ways of moving forward. My approach is integrative and tailored, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
Mental health is not a destination but a journey; it's about taking care of yourself every day.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a consultation with you?
You can book directly through the website or contact me via email/phone. I offer online and in-person consultations. First sessions are typically 50-60 minutes. Simply select a time that works for you and we’ll confirm by email.
What therapeutic approaches do you use?
I use an integrative approach drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I tailor my approach to what works best for you as an individual, not applying a one-size-fits-all method.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Research shows online therapy is highly effective for most people. I offer both options. The therapeutic relationship is what matters most, and that can develop equally well online or in person. Choose whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I previously supported crew members from 79 different nationalities. I’m based in UK and Brazil, and work with international clients online regularly.
What are your qualifications?
I hold an MSc in Mental Health (UK), qualifications in CBT-E, and advanced training in Psychology, Psychopathology, and Developmental Psychology. I’m a member of BACP, an International Affiliate of APA, and registered with CRP (Brazil). I maintain continuous professional development.
How much is a session?
Pricing varies based on session type and your location. Please contact me for specific rates and package options. Many clients find therapy to be a valuable investment in their mental health and wellbeing.
